OneAmerica® adds staff and continues field alignment

The companies of OneAmerica® today announced the continuation of a three-region sales and distribution structure for retirement services with the alignment of the Field Services and the National Accounts teams. Last June, OneAmerica expanded to a three-region sales structure to penetrate the market more effectively. The new alignment for each team improves geographic proximity, creates efficiencies and increases productivity.  

 

“As our business continues to expand and grow, this alignment will position us to continue our award-winning service and create even more opportunities to deepen our client and advisor relationships,” said Bill Yoerger, president of Retirement Services for the companies of OneAmerica. “It also allows us to be more flexible in the delivery of our products and services and to be more nimble in response to changes in the marketplace.”

 

In addition, OneAmerica also announced Tammy Ouverson as vice president of National Accounts. She leads the National Accounts team under this new structure and is responsible for distribution strategy, building strategic alliances and relationship development. Previously, Ouverson was vice president, head of business development for Voya Retirement Solutions, Small-Mid Corporate Markets.  She was with Voya for more than 20 years and has a proven track record for bringing efficiency to sales, marketing and operational processes.

 

Reporting to Ouverson will be Brandon Kaboski, vice president of National Accounts for the Eastern Region and Matt Asher, national account specialist for the Central Region. The Western Region position will be filled in the future.

 

Denise Preece, assistant vice president of Field Services, will lead the Field Services team under the new structure. Supporting Field Services will be Ben Winecki, field vice president for the West Region; Brian Giles, field vice president for the Central Region; and Cathy Josenhans, field vice president for the East Region.

West: Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, San Antonio, San Francisco, Seattle

Central: Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Minneapolis, St. Louis

East: Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Florida, Nashville, Philadelphia, Richmond, Washington, D.C.
