OneAmerica® hires new regional sales director for retirement services

David Scheetz has been named regional director of retirement sales for West Virginia/Virginia for the companies of OneAmerica. In this role, Scheetz will be leading sales and marketing efforts to advisors and plan sponsors of retirement plans in the small to mid-sized marketplace. He will be based out of Richmond, Virginia.

“David’s extensive experience in the retirement plan market will greatly benefit our clients,” said Paul Citron, vice president of national sales for the companies of OneAmerica. “David is a great fit for OneAmerica. He shares our values and will help people reach their financial goals.”

Last June, OneAmerica expanded to a three-region sales structure to penetrate the market more effectively and appointed Citron to head up the company’s national sales efforts.

Scheetz previously worked in retirement plan sales in the Virginia and Mid-Atlantic area for several companies, including Putnam Investments, BNY Mellon and Prudential Financial.
