OneAmerica Names New Chief Agency Officer

American United Life Insurance Company® (AUL), a OneAmerica company, today announced the hiring of Jeff Malicki as its new chief agency officer, overseeing the career building general agency system of AUL's individual life and financial services division.

Malicki is an 18-year veteran of the financial services industry, most recently leading the western region for Guardian's new agency integration team. Previously, he was agency director and regional sales consultant for MassMutual Financial Group.

“We are pleased to welcome Jeff and excited about his future in growing and developing our career-building general agency system nationally,” said Mark Wilkerson, president of individual life and financial services. “His diverse skills in key areas such as recruiting, on boarding, producer productivity and second line management development will help lead us forward.”

Malicki is a graduate of John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. He and his wife, Barbara, have two children and will reside in Indianapolis where the OneAmerica companies are headquartered.
