OneAmerica Names Vice President to Lead Employee Benefits Sales

OneAmerica has named Steven Lynch as vice president of sales and service for its employee benefits business. Lynch had previously been regional manager for Mutual of Omaha/Companion Life, in New York.

“As we continue to grow our employee benefits area and build on our success in the worksite market, it is critical that we add talent that can accelerate our growth,” said Jim McGovern, vice president, Employee Benefits. “Steven's experience, leadership and success will be a welcome addition to the employee benefits management team.”

Lynch brings more than 20 years of established success in sales with both startup and growth organizations. His new role was created to continue to increase EB’s distribution footprint and keep accelerating sales after a very successful year for a division that marked its 60^th anniversary in June 2015.
