Tennessee regional office works with healthcare organizations to improve retirement offerings despite healthcare industry challenges
Indianapolis, January 14, 2015The Tennessee regional office for the companies of OneAmerica recently worked with four healthcare organizations to help the employers enhance their retirement plans despite challenges in today’s healthcare market.

The Tennessee office added four new plans with an average asset size of $15 million to its client base:

• Mental Health Cooperative
• Sta-Home Healthcare and Hospice
• Home Health Care of East TN
“We’ve had a 403(b) plan for many years, but we hadn’t done an RFP in a long time,” said David Winchester, chief financial officer for Hospice of Chattanooga. “During the selection process, we were really impressed with OneAmerica and felt like they would do a great job with our employees, especially with participant education.
