OneAmerica.com Delivers an All-new Visitor Experience
New features, educational content and streamlined access to workplace retirement plans
Indianapolis, June 12, 2014The companies of OneAmerica® today announced the re-launch of two websites with a focus on helping individuals, businesses and families prepare for their financial future. By keeping the customer as the focal point of the new sites’ design, OneAmerica now makes educational resources and account holder information even easier to access. Visitors and users can now gain access to OneAmerica.com on their mobile device without needing to download an application.
Improved OneAmerica.com
OneAmerica.com helps visitors learn more about how the companies of OneAmerica’s suite of products and strategies can help them build and protect their financial futures.
“Whether visitors want to develop a financial strategy, become a financial professional with the companies of OneAmerica, or just learn more about us, they will find it all on OneAmerica.com. This site’s simplicity is intentional. We are focused on helping people find educational content that can be most helpful to them,” said Gene Berry, chief information officer for the companies of OneAmerica.
Also launched is a quick-access self-service module for customers to help them perform important personal transactions like changing their beneficiary, requesting more information or making changes to their account. Additionally, clients with more than one account can now access their accounts with a single sign in.
Enhanced Experience for Retirement Plan Participants at OneAmerica.com/login
With the re-launch of our participant website, formerly accountservices.aul.com, participants with the companies of OneAmerica can log in from OneAmerica.com. The site has a clean design, intuitive navigation, and offers self-directed, online transaction capabilities. Participants can check the value and performance of their retirement assets and perform popular actions on the My Summary page with ease.
“By listening to our participants, clients, and advisors, we were able to completely redesign the site based upon their needs. Our customer research helped us launch a robust quick summary page creating a more personalized experience, all within seven seconds or less,” said Bill Yoerger, president, Retirement Services for the companies of OneAmerica. “We are dedicated to helping our participants be retirement ready and we have created an experience that can do just that.”
Expanded Educational Content
Our enhanced user experience encourages visitors to learn more about how to develop and manage a financial strategy, be retirement ready and leave a legacy. Short, informative articles and videos guide visitors on their financial journey. There is also new retirement focused educational content in One Day is Today® including new Pete the Planner® materials for retirement plan participants.
Individuals can find tools to help with their financial wellness, estimating their needs for retirement, and calculators to engage them in their financial planning efforts.
Businesses and employers will also find information about financial strategies that can help them protect their business, retain and attract top talent, and plan for the future with articles, videos, calculators, worksheets and other resources.
Enhanced Technology
“We made it a top priority to make our customer’s experience easier and more personalized. Using responsive design, our sites are viewable on any device and accessible 24/7. This is yet another example of our focus on helping our customers,” Berry said.
